About Us
25 Years Experience
Mark has always had a passion for motorcycles; brought up as the son of a national road-racing champion whose father won multiple national titles in production, grand prix and superbike. His weekends were often spent around the racetrack and learnt to ride nearly the same time he could walk.
Mark’s passion became his work when he started his career as an apprentice motorcycle mechanic in 1988 at a reputable motorcycle dealership in Sydney. He soon excelled in his field to be promoted to service manager upon immediate completion of his trade, where he was placed in charge and directing technicians up to 25 years his senior. During this time he continued his training by completing a marine mechanics certificate, multiple factory technicians courses, and began being approached by the racing community to perform performance work and race prep.
This continued on for the next few years where he branched out into the engineering field, specialising in cylinder head and crankshaft machining as a side business whilst still attending to his service manager rolls. Mark has trained 5 apprentices who are now reputable technicians in the industry.
In 1998 Mark was approached by the number one motorcycle performance center on the East Coast of America, in New York City, and was asked to be chief technician in charge of 8 other highly trained technicians. This experience took Mark back home to open up his own performance workshop.
In in 2008 he progressed to move on to the next venture – Sydney Mobile Motorcycle & Scooter Repairs.

Pre-purchase Inspections
Have you ever excitedly purchased a motorcycle, to later find out you bought a lemon? Did it need copious amounts of money and time on repairs?
Take the risk out of buying your next motorcycle or scooter by allowing us to perform a pre-purchase inspection.
Through our comprehensive checklist and vast experience in the industry, we will pick up on things such as past smash damage (that may have been repaired poorly), bent frames, brake rotors, forks, wheels and abnormal engine noises just to name a few.
We will also look at past service history, and all the consumables such as brake pads, chains and sprockets, steering head bearings, tyres and more to give you an indication of how much you may need to spend on the bike or scooter within the coming months. This can be a great bargaining tool and can pay for the inspection by up to 10 fold.
We are passionate about seeing that riders can continue enjoying their motorcycling and not be turned away by a very avoidable bad purchase experience.
